1. Introduction

2. Services Offered

Iroko Clean provides a range of commercial and residential cleaning services including, but not limited to, office cleaning, deep home cleaning, floor polishing and waxing, window washing, carpet cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, event clean-up, and janitorial contracts for businesses. We also offer eco-friendly cleaning solutions and waste management consultation.

3. Service Agreement

All services are subject to a formal service agreement or quote confirmation. Specific details regarding scope, frequency, pricing, and special requests will be outlined in this agreement. Any changes to the service must be agreed upon in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, full payment is due upon completion of services or as per the agreed-upon invoicing schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges. We accept various payment methods as detailed in your invoice.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of services. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate information regarding their premises and cleaning needs. For home cleaning services, ensuring easy access to the property and securing valuables is the client's responsibility. Iroko Clean is not responsible for damages to items that were not properly secured or stored.

7. Damages and Complaints

In the unlikely event of damage caused by our staff or dissatisfaction with our services, clients must notify Iroko Clean within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate thoroughly and take appropriate action to resolve the issue, which may include re-cleaning or compensation for damages, where applicable and proven.

8. Confidentiality

Iroko Clean respects the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. All information shared during the provision of services will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

9. Use of Website

The content of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
